Allison Henrich’s professional interests include mathematical research on knots and games, especially research in collaboration with undergraduate, high school, and graduate students. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment in the mathematics community, a space in which everyone can explore fun and creative mathematical ideas. Allison enjoys working with students who don’t see themselves as “math people” or as mathematicians. She finds it a meaningful challenge to guide students to see what they are capable of.
